Agile and lean, capuchin monkeys weigh only 3-9 pounds. The color of their fur varies, but is most commonly cream or light tan around the face, neck and shoulders, and dark brown on the rest of its coat. Capuchin monkeys usually live in large groups within the forest. Their exact range is not known, although it is assumed that they inhabit a large range in Brazil and other parts of Latin America.
