The Biannual pesticide usage data report that Certificate Holders must keep up to date under the Exceptional Use Policy for using Rainforest Alliance Prohibited Pesticides

This policy sets out specific implementation requirements for certificate holders at both producer and supply chain actor levels (Certification requirements) and for reinforcing the assurance process (Assurance Process Rules).

The Rainforest Alliance manages, and is responsible for, a global Assurance System for Certification Bodies.

The procedure is open to anyone who has a grievance against a member (producer or supply chain actor), a certification body (CB), or against the Rainforest Alliance itself.
