Paul Rubacha is a Co-Founder and Principal of Ashley Capital. Mr. Rubacha, along with co-founder Rick Morton, directs the firm’s investment and development activities and oversees the management of a professional staff located in four cities.
Prior to co-founding Ashely Capital, Paul served in senior capacities within the Real Estate Departments of Goldman Sachs, Citibank, and Prudential Insurance Company. He holds both an undergraduate degree and MBA from Cornell University. Mr. Rubacha has lectured at Cornell, Harvard, and Columbia Universities on the subjects of real estate and urban planning and served as a panelist for various organizations, including the Urban Land Institute and the U.S. Department of Transportation.
Paul participates in a variety of community and charitable organizations. At Cornell University, Mr. Rubacha has served as a Board Chairman of its Real Estate and Alumni Association, Real Estate Investment Subcommittee, and Graduate Program in Real Estate. In addition, he has served for over a decade in the College of Architecture Advisory Board. Paul has also chaired numerous community and non-profit educational boards. He joined the Rainforest Alliance Board in November 2022.
