David S. Ross is a mediator at JAMS, the largest private alternative dispute resolution provider in the world. He has nearly a decade of mediation experience and is widely recognized for his experience and creativity. Ross has successfully mediated a broad range of complex two-party and multi-party cases, focusing on employment and commercial matters.
Prior to joining JAMS, Ross practiced in the litigation department at Cravath, Swaine, and Moore. He received his J.D at New York University and his BA from the University of Virginia and is currently an adjunct professor at Columbia University’s School of Law.
